Pricing

The fee structure of Chilliwack MIS is based on the number of subjects enrolled at the college during the previous year. The enrolled subject count includes full-time, part-time and exams only enrollments.

It is preferred that the license fee be paid annually for the academic year because it reduces admin costs. Should a college prefer to pay per trimester or monthly an additional admin fee of R150 per transaction will be charged.

* Support is usually provided from the call centre using Team Viewer and this requires no traveling.
* In exceptional cases were traveling is required the college will be invoiced for the traveling costs.

The fee includes:
Setup and configuration of online database tables
Assist College staff to configure the software.
Training to staff on how to use the software.
